  I went to Dr. Brian Gurinsky after many years of not going to the dentist. He didn't lecture me or anything of the sort.
  
  He did a root cleaning and scaling and we found some areas that needed to be addressed. I ended up needing gum grafting and that scared the Crap out of me.
  
  But the procedure wasn't near as bad as I had pictured in my own head. After the anesthetic wore off I really didn't have a bunch of pain. Which surprised me.
  
  Brian even called me, the next day to ask how I was doing and feeling and that was a Saturday. If you go you will feel comfortable with his staff Alicia and Stacy. I have referred a couple people to him because they have implants that they need done.
  
  I give him a solid 3.
